Loneliness
Look up the mirror, tell me what do you see? It isn't beauty.
You slowly move forward but how far you get? Bare cruelty.
When did you at last consumed a soul? Did it brought joy?
Your eyes stare without lust. When was your last meal, boy?
Vines climb up the walls, they grow so fast that it covers all.
Behind the windows the sky turns dark. Leaves outside can fall.
Why do you hide your smile behind curtains? Does it hurt?
A little emotion is still left but do you use? Cannot stay in front of courts.
Can you do it, dare it once at least? I know you want to be free.
Scars blur out from days to hours, hours to minutes until you can't see.
Long hair lingers on pale skin, your veins are still green and blue.
Is this your dream? Remember that picture you once drew.
Don't you have a thirst to let your spirits fly through the air?
I can promise you that someone will treasure them to be fair.
