From afar
I walk a long path covered in sand. That fresh perfume dances around my nose.
My naked feet feel every grain, I got used to it. It doesn't feel fiery anymore, it became cold.
Above I face radiant shapes. They are different as well as me. Outstretch my arm, I'm so close.
Since I was a child I believed in wishes and dreams. The sky collects them until we grew old.
From metres away I see people, they sit around and chat. I wonder what they're talking about.
I want to know about their beings, I'm interested in their feelings. What's on your mind?
My volition yearns for connections. I tried many ways to forge but I cannot withstand the crowd.
At least I can bottle up my desires. Someday I will move forward, await what the day will find.
From afar I spot a moving shadow, it fascinates me. Who captured me in its spell?
The background fades into darker blue. Those wafts of mist turn into a solid silhouette.
Why can't I shop walking? I desperately want to get closer. Is it you who will do me well?
